Nutrition and Wellness Individual Sessions

Comprehensive approach to improving your health through diet and lifestyle. Individual session will consist of reviewing diet, lifestyle, & overall health status.Clients will be given the tools, menu plans and recommendations to improve their health, energy and obtain and maintain their optimal weight.Learn to evaluate current eating habits & hunger and fullness cues. Clients will become aware of what strategies are necessary in order to achieve and sustain a healthy weight without sacrificing the enjoyment of foods and the pleasure of the eating experience.

Customized Yoga Session- One on One

This session will be individualized to meet your specific needs and concerns.Student will complete an initial intake form prior to visit. Yoga session will consist of discussion, instruction and practice.A written yoga sequence plan will be given to student after session with specific yoga postures and instructions so students may practice at home in between sessions.
