Join us for a delightful afternoon which will include learning about Ayurveda Principles On Food and Diet and a delightful Ayurveda Cooking Demo and Sampling with Chef Johnny Brannigan. Chef Johnny Brannigan is an international plant based Ayurvedic chef with a deep knowledge in Vedic principles and holistic medicine. He is the award-winning author of “Eat, Taste, Heal”, an Ayurvedic guidebook and cookbook for modern living. Blissful Balance – A RELAX & RENEW® Restorative Yoga Experience

Reclaim your inner radiance! Experience deep relaxation by alleviating not only muscular tension, but also mental and emotional stress.

While listening to soothing sounds you will mindfully be guided by Fabienne through a Gentle Yoga practice to help warm the body, relax the joints and deepen the breath.

Enjoy a delightful afternoon of restorative yoga using blankets and bolsters , pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, relaxation, essential oils, and hands on adjustments that will assist the body and mind to release stress and obtain Balance & Bliss.  Unwind and gain clarity, as you move inwardly towards total relaxation!

This practice is beneficial for all level of practitioners.   No experience in yoga or meditation needed.

Restorative Yoga Workshop

Learn and practice restorative yoga by the proper use & placement of props. Restorative Yoga benefits include: improves digestion; decreases stress & anxiety; improves flexibility; increases respiratory capacity; promotes pain relief; assists in physical & emotional healing. Students will learn to use one or a sequence of these restorative postures, which will provide desired effect depending on specific intention. Approved for 5 CEU credits by Yoga Alliance for Registered Yoga Instructors.

Stress Management with Diet, Pranayama and Meditation

Interactive workshop to improve overall health and well-being. Learn how stress affects the body and effective strategies to decrease and manage stress. Participants will learn: – Eating strategies to obtain and maintain optimal weight and increase nutrition. – Pranayama (breathing techniques)to help lower heart rate and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. – Meditations to watch the mind, calm the mind and bring mindfulness into the everyday. Approved for 5 CEU credits by Yoga Alliance for Registered Yoga Instructors.

Stress Reduction Class or Workshop

Reduce your stress! Learn gentle yoga and breathing techniques to energize and relax your body and mind at the office, at home or when traveling.Participants will be guided through a gentle practice, and self-care techniques to help initiate the relaxation response and maximize the experience of peace and tranquility.No yoga mat required or previous yoga experience necessary.Leave feeling recharged and energized.
