Experience a revitalizing blend of RESTORATIVE YOGA, and Guided Meditation.  We invite you on this  blissful journey into relaxation whilst listening to the soothing music and the ambient candlelit room.   Beginning with gentle yoga postures to warm and prepare the body for the restorative sequence. The restorative yoga consists of simple postures in which the body is supported by bolsters, pillows and blankets. This will allow you to open slowly and deeply. Spending time in the postures you will guided through various relaxation techniques such as breath work & visualization. Release your stress and fill your body and life with ease and peace. Stress Management with Diet, Pranayama and Meditation

Interactive workshop to improve overall health and well-being. Learn how stress affects the body and effective strategies to decrease and manage stress. Participants will learn: – Eating strategies to obtain and maintain optimal weight and increase nutrition. – Pranayama (breathing techniques)to help lower heart rate and stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. – Meditations to watch the mind, calm the mind and bring mindfulness into the everyday. Approved for 5 CEU credits by Yoga Alliance for Registered Yoga Instructors.

Stress Reduction Class or Workshop

Reduce your stress! Learn gentle yoga and breathing techniques to energize and relax your body and mind at the office, at home or when traveling.Participants will be guided through a gentle practice, and self-care techniques to help initiate the relaxation response and maximize the experience of peace and tranquility.No yoga mat required or previous yoga experience necessary.Leave feeling recharged and energized.
